About

ADHD Evaluations

An ADHD evaluation is an important first step in better understanding how attention, focus, organization, impulsivity, emotional regulation, and daily routines may be affecting your life. At our practice, we take time to listen to your story, explore your concerns, and look at the full picture of your mental, emotional, physical, lifestyle, school, work, and relationship needs.

Our goal is not simply to provide a diagnosis. It is to understand what you are experiencing, what may be contributing to your challenges, and what kind of support can help you feel more focused, confident, organized, and in control of your daily life.

During an ADHD evaluation, we may discuss symptoms, developmental history, family history, school or work concerns, sleep, stress, mood, anxiety, relationships, routines, motivation, and daily habits. This helps us better understand what may be happening beneath the surface and recommend care that is thoughtful, personalized, and effective.

When appropriate, recommendations may include therapy, medication support, lifestyle strategies, coaching, school or workplace accommodations, nutrition support, mind-body skills, and other integrative approaches. The right evaluation can bring clarity, direction, and support so you or your child can feel more understood, empowered, and equipped to thrive.

Our goal is not simply to provide a diagnosis. It is to understand each person as an individual and identify the support that may help them feel more confident, understood, and connected. We believe every person’s experience is unique, and care should be thoughtful, respectful, and personalized.

During an autism evaluation, we may discuss developmental history, social communication, emotional regulation, sensory sensitivities, learning needs, family history, school or work concerns, routines, behaviors, and overall well-being. This helps us better understand what may be happening beneath the surface and guide meaningful next steps.

When appropriate, recommendations may include therapy, school or workplace support, lifestyle strategies, family guidance, skill-building tools, and other personalized resources. The right evaluation can bring clarity, direction, and support so you or your child can feel seen, valued, and better equipped to thrive.
